Yoga Teacher Rajendra Pandey:- He is a highly experienced yoga expert hailing from Rishikesh Uttrakhand, India. With over 25 years of teaching experience, he has dedicated his life to the practice and teachings of yoga. Rajendra’s expertise lies in Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga, which are rooted in the ancient teachings of Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
He is the lead trainer (ERYT500) for this course. Rajendra holds a strong belief that the current state of yoga has become more commercialized and focused on athleticism, losing its holistic essence. He reminisces about his early days of learning yoga in Rishikesh, where the emphasis was on exploring various dimensions of the individual self, encompassing physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
With this belief, Rajendra follows a holistic approach to yoga, aiming to groom individuals at all levels—physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual. He believes that yoga is not limited to physical postures but extends to a comprehensive understanding of self and the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
In addition to his teachings in Rishikesh, Rajendra travels overseas to conduct yoga courses and classes, spreading his wisdom and promoting health and wellness. His courses and classes encompass a wide range of topics, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and yoga philosophy.
Yogi Sandeep:-Yoga Sandeep is a dedicated and experienced yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience. He has a deep understanding of various yoga styles, including Hatha, Sivananda and Kundalini yoga. He is passionate about guiding students in their yoga journey, helping them find balance, strength, and inner peace through their practice
Yogi Sagar is a certified yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of yoga. With a background in Hatha and Ashtanga and he brings a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and spiritual focus to his classes. Yogi Sagar encourages his students to explore their limits and embrace self-discovery on the mat.
Yogi Manu Nautiyal is an experienced yoga teacher specializing in alignment and adjustment techniques. Manu has dedicated himself to helping students refine their yoga practice by focusing on proper alignment and providing personalized adjustments.
