The curriculum is an important blueprint for any yoga teacher training course. And as we know yoga is not an easy subject to fully grasp in one month period. it is far deeper than physical posters. Our yoga teacher training curriculum is according to standers set by yoga alliance USA. Our course curriculum is progressive starting with basic required practices to more advanced practices of yoga. It is divided into four modules. The module covers theoretical and practical sessions.
Asana Session:-
- Two yoga sessions daily 90 minutes each. Emphasis on alignment and adjustment as per the requirement of each student.
- Learn and practice various asana and their variation through our experienced teacher’s demonstration and verbal explanation.
- Deepen your asana practice with the help of various tools such as rope, wall, blocks, etc
- Get individual attention for Adjustments.
- Learn the science of sequencing asana with our lead trainer.
- Get a chance to conduct a small yoga session with fellow yoga participants.
Mantra /Meditation and Pranayama session:-
- Reciting mantras is an integral part of traditional yoga. We introduce selected mantras to participants and help them to recite them properly under the guidance of the teacher.
- Learn several techniques to develop concentration and with time and dedication, your concentration becomes meditation. We facilitate you to develop the habit to sit for meditation but it will come with time.
- Learn pranayama and its basics and practice Anuloma-Viloma, Ujjayi, , Shitalli, Brahmri Bhastrika pranayama and their variations .
- Learn the meaning, purpose, and benefits of meditation
- Learn yoga Nidra to deepen your relaxation and awareness.
Philosophy:-
In our yoga philosophy session, we cover selected topics from the Bhagwat Gita and Patanjali yoga sutra. We try to provide complex philosophy easily and interestingly so you are not confused with complex terminology of philosophy and get a greater understanding of the subject resulting in helping you to lead a more balanced
approach towards life. Our approach to philosophy is not merely to satisfy our intellect but how to adopt it in our yoga life. We share stories and relate them with real examples so you understand the essence of philosophy and take it with you back home.

Human Anatomy and Physiology:-
Students are introduced to the importance of human anatomy and Physiology. The spine plays a very significant role in yoga.
Shat Karma:-
Shat Kerma means six actions/processes. They are useful in the detoxification of the body and mind. Here we do select practice under the guidance of an experienced yoga teacher. These selected practice help in cleansing nasal and air passages, and the upper digestive tract, These practices are useful for deepening your meditation and pranayama practices.

Teaching Methodology:–

- Practical teaching classes.
An introduction to Ayurveda:-
Yoga and Ayurveda are considered brother and sister. Both are essential for well-being .in this we cove following topics
- Origin of Ayurveda.
- Ayurveda approach toward diseases.
- Doshas and their types.
- How diet affects the mind and the body.
- Importance of vegetarianism and fasting for yoga person
Final examination –
To be honest, yoga is a very vastly diverse subject and it is very difficult to understand fully in a short time. This examination is not to pass and fail but it is an assessment to understand your understanding of yoga and give you an honest opinion to further improve the areas you are lacking. This will help you to boost your self-confidence, refine your teaching skills as a yoga instructor and develop spiritual awareness We take oral/written and practical examinations at the end of the course. Oral /written exams to express your thoughts and understanding of yoga and its various practices. Reciting of selected mantra and sutra.
In the practical exam, we will ask you to conduct small asana and pranayama sessions to share your skills in teaching yoga with fellow participants under the supervision of an experienced teacher

Once a week in the morning time we practice yogic cleansing sessions under expert teacher supervision.
Sunday is a day off. This is our daily schedule. But it can be changed as per the weather conditions /session
During the course twice (Sundays) we take you to nearby spiritual places such as visiting a holy cave /temple/Ganga aarti/ashram visit with our teacher to help you and to Indian culture, spiritual orientation, or significance of the such place.
For two weeks you are free to do your shopping in Rishikesh.
During this course, we offer you a free Ayurvedic massage (50 minutes)

We provide neat and clean accommodations to our valuable yoga participants with an aesthetic view of mountains and gardens. Our yoga school is located in the silent and peaceful location of Tapovan (Rishikesh) which is beyond the unnecessary traffic noise and tourist crowd yet within walking distance from the main shopping area of Tapovan.
We believe the surrounding environment plays an important role in learning and exploring yoga. We provide neat and clean accommodations to our valuable yoga participants with an aesthetic view of mountains and gardens. Our yoga school is located in the silent and peaceful location of Tapovan (Rishikesh) which is beyond the unnecessary traffic noise and tourist crowd yet within walking distance from the main shopping area of Tapovan.
