DROP IN CLASSES FOR YOGA SEEKER'S
We conduct drop-in yoga class, style of teaching is Hatha yoga and our approach towards yoga is holistic and progressive in nature. Our drop –In yoga classes are suitable for everyone. We gently stretch body, strengthening muscles and relieve muscular and mental tension with the help of asana and pranayama. Duration of the class
